As a matter of course we no longer provide software on line for any set top boxes, due to abuse of the services we have provided in the past.

If you need an upgrade simply send us your box via EMS and we are happy to do it for you as we now do for all our customers in Thailand (we do not provide this service outside the Kingdom of Thailand - so do not bother to even ask, as we will most likely ignore the request, as how often do we have to say this? Everyday?)

If you are not one of our customers and looking for openbox software, be very careful as it has anti-clone software built into it, and it might brick your set top box, so make sure your dealer does the updates for you as only they know if your box is a clone or not.

Here in Thailand there seems to be allot of clones about in the market of late as our web reporting is showing allot of searches on

"your box is clone version openbox s9 hd"
"your box is clone version openbox s10 hd"
"your box is clone version skybox s12 hd"

Yes we confirm these set top boxes also do 3D HDTV (have done since it was up on satellite) and there are daily free to view 3D events to watch -

*warning there is an issue with 3D on clone boxes of the S9/S10/S12 - you get what you pay for *

Yes we confirm you can "record" one channel and watch another on the same transponder with the S9/S10/S12 boxes ..
