It is the old Asiasat 2 re-tasked to 120 degrees East and in a 1.1 degree inclined orbit and now renamed to "Asiasat 6 / Thaicom 7" and is only an intrim solution ..

"AsiaSat Signs Cooperation Agreement with Thaicom

AsiaSat has signed a cooperation agreement with Thaicom Public Company Limited to jointly provide satellite services from the orbital location of 120˚E.

The two companies have agreed to place an interim satellite at the 120˚E orbital slot, while a new satellite contracted by AsiaSat with Space Systems/Loral will be launched in early 2014. The new satellite will be designated as AsiaSat 6/Thaicom 7, which will have 28 high-power C-band transponders serving Asia and Australasia. "
